Maya Ravi, M.S., CCC-SLP (She/Her)

I am an ASHA certified, New York State Licensed Speech and Language Therapist living and working in the Bay Area. I studied Communicative Disorders at San Francisco State University and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder. I am also a mother of two, a daughter, a partner, and a friend. I promise that I will come to you as a person first and a clinician second. I am also a certified lactation consultant. As a speech therapist, or speech-language pathologist, I address everything from articulation and phonology, to receptive and expressive comprehension, to pragmatic language and fluency. I am particularly interested in tethered oral tissues and how they can impact speech and feeding.

My goal is to help each individual child improve communication and reduce frustration through empathy, patience, flexibility, and creativity.
