As a speech therapist, my goal is to improve communication and reduce frustration with empathy, patience, flexibility, and creativity. I work with children from birth through high school on everything from articulation and phonology, to receptive and expressive comprehension, to pragmatic language and fluency.

If you have noticed that your child is missing certain early developmental milestones, an initial consultation can help clarify whether or not your child should proceed with a formal evaluation. Early intervention can make all the difference. Contact me to find out more or to schedule a consultation.

My Practice

When children are younger, I embed practice within a game or playful activity to make our sessions more fun. With older kids, I look for what motivates and interests them specifically. This makes the work more rewarding and keeps them engaged along the way. To learn more about me, click here.

Speech and Language Therapy

A speech therapist, or speech-language pathologist, is a professional who addresses everything from the production of individual sounds, to the comprehension and expression of language, to accent modification and fluency.

We are also leaders in prevention, advocacy, administration, and research surrounding all areas of communication from infancy to end-of-life. To read more about speech pathology, please refer to the link below.

“Two kids can have the exact same diagnosis, but completely different needs. Figuring this part out can feel like a puzzle. But once you do, that’s when you really start seeing results.”
